Education Qualification :–

• Incumbent should be a Company Secretary (CS) and LL.B. and around 20 years of post qualification experience, out of which, 5 years as Company Secretary in a listed company preferably large Industrial organization having paid up capital of more than Rs. 200 crores.

Age Limit :-

• Around 48 years

GNFC Salary :

• Commensurate with qualification & experience and comparable with the best in the industry. Salary will not be a bar for deserving candidates.
• Exposure in IT skills / SAP system and knowledge of Gujarati language will be preferred.

GNFC Bharti 2022 Responsibilities :

1. Arranging and conducting meetings of the Board of Directors and Committees.
2. Organsing and preparing agendas and papers for board meetings, committees and AGMs.
3. Preparing minutes, drafting resolutions, lodging required forms and annual returns with Companies Houses.
4. Following up on actions from meetings.
5. Overseeing the policies, making sure they are kept up to date and referred to the appropriate committee for approval.
6. Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors and secretaries.
7. Dealing with correspondence, collating information and writing reports, ensuring decisions made are communicated to the relevant company stakeholders.

1. Contributing to meeting discussions as and when required, and advising members of the legal, governance, accounting and tax implications of proposed policies.
2. Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking appropriate action.
3. Liaisoning with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors.
4. Ensure regulatory and legal compliance in all operations of the organisation.
5. Capable to defend all civil and criminal cases.

1. Well versed in Commercial laws as well as knowledge of Company law procedures.
2. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
3. Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels.
4. Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making.
